Due to the instant and personal nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you have trouble accessing your guide or reading, please reach out and we’ll help you resolve it.

Physical Products:
If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
