This policy is written in accordance with UK and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

 

 DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PERSONALISED SERVICES


Non-Refundable Digital Items

Due to the personalised and immediate nature of digital products and spiritual services, all digital items are strictly non-refundable once purchased.


This includes, but is not limited to:


* Channelled letters

* Tarot or oracle readings

* Digital guides and downloads

* Any custom or personalised spiritual services


These services are created specifically for you and begin immediately after purchase.

Right to Cancel – Digital Content (UK & EU Law)


Under UK and EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.


However, this right does not apply to digital content or personalised services once delivery or creation has begun.


By purchasing any digital product or personalised service from The Witchy Bitch, you expressly agree that:


* Work on your order begins immediately

* You consent to immediate delivery or creation

* You waive your 14-day right to cancel

* You understand that no refund will be available once the service has been provided

This agreement forms part of the checkout process.

 

 Delivery of Digital Services

Digital services are considered fulfilled and completed when:

* The reading, file, or message has been sent to the email address provided at checkout, or

* The customer has requested delivery via an alternative platform (such as Discord, Instagram, etc.) and the service has been delivered there as requested.

Proof of delivery on any agreed platform constitutes full completion of the service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact details at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

 If a Digital Service Is Not Delivered


If a genuine error occurs and a digital service is not delivered due to a fault on our side, we will:

* Re-send the completed service

* Correct any mistakes

* Work with you to ensure proper delivery


Refunds for digital services will only be considered if we are unable to fulfil the order at all.

 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Your Legal Rights:


For physical goods, UK and EU consumer law gives customers certain rights, including the right to return items in specific circumstances.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements for physical items will be offered if:

* The item arrives damaged

* The item is faulty

* The incorrect item was sent


Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.


In these cases, we will offer:

* A replacement item, or

* A full refund including original postage costs


Change of Mind Returns:


For eligible non-personalised physical items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:


* The item is unused

* In original condition

* In original packaging


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Physical Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty or damaged:


* Personalised or custom-made products

* Opened or used items

* Earrings or jewellery for hygiene reasons

* Crystal mystery boxes or any mystery/assorted bundles

* Items that have been altered after delivery

* Digital products and services (as outlined above)


Crystal mystery boxes are non-returnable because they are curated, sealed, and sold as randomised selections. As the contents are chosen at the time of packing and cannot be resold once opened, they are exempt from change-of-mind returns.
